The impact of the Capital Works Management Framework on the Built Environment is continuing to expand. The impact of
the Capital Works Management Framework on the management of pubic capital projects is immense. All project types
including; building, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical services are affected. The lead role of quantity surveyor as

the Government’s capital expenditures for the next 5 years were announced. These Government projects will be managed
through the CWMF. Graduates from the MSc will be well positioned to capitalise on these opportunities.
