The Professional Diploma in Data and Analytics in Financial Services fulfills the pressing need for financial services professionals to upskill to be able to operate in a data driven, digital world that is changing rapidly. The programme aims to develop students' knowledge and skills so that they may operate better in a data-driven environment
Students seeking admission to the Professional Diploma in Data and Analytics in Financial Services programmes must possess:
a) An Honours degree (second class honours grade 2 award or higher)
OR
b) Admission many also be considered for experienced professionals who do not meet the admission requirements as set out above, where they can demonstrate knowledge through their work i.e. they have more than 5 years’ experience in a management role (to be considered on a case by case basis).

Learners will develop their understanding of data management and analytics within a framework of a regulated banking and financial services industry in transition from a more traditional business model, founded on face-to-face relationships and account-based management and controls. Graduates will have an in-depth understanding of the importance and value of data in the design and development of financial products and services, and in the overarching enterprise strategy.
