Lean Sigma is based on; Elimination of Waste, Reduction of Variability and engagement/respect for all staff. The course is a single accreditation and requires no further exams or projects for completion. It has no third-party external exams required.
The course met my expectations and went further. I knew how to manage a project and the different steps every project goes through, but this course shows us really how to go through them, tools to use, and how to deal with unpleasant situations." Orla O'Rourke

"I applied for a place on the Certificate in Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt through the Springboard programme. The tutors were very professional, helpful, enthusiastic, and accommodating to students like myself, who were out of the classroom for a long time. An interesting aspect for me was that many of my classmates were from different employment sectors, and they also found the course very beneficial. I found this course a huge confidence booster and hugely beneficial to my career progression." Fergal O'Connor

"I thoroughly enjoyed the course. Lecturers were engaging and experienced professionals who were willing to give advice on projects. They brought a lot of real-world examples to the material which helped make the course more interesting and relevant. I would highly recommend it." Claire Daly
