About this Course

This programme provides an upskilling in the full deployment pipeline including development, testing, security and deployment. It covers both open source industry leading DevOps tools. Students also engage with a full devops pipeline such as the Microsoft Azure platform.
the content was designed in consultation with Ericsson, Fidelity, IBM and Microsoft.

The technical skills associated with DevOps enhance capabilities not just for software pipeline automation (automated production, test, deployment) but are highly relevant across the span of ICT environment provisioning, maintenance and security. High quality Masters programmes, developed in association with industry, are delivered by TU Dublin in this area demonstrating Computing at TU Dublin's significant expertise in the area. There is a critical need for short intensive programmes in the area developing infrastructure as code, environment automation and software pipeline automation skills to existing technical graduates making them much more employable and valuable as resources in the ICT sector.
